Joslyn Mfg. utilizes Robotic Technology for trimming parts
We remain on the cutting edge of technology with the ability to trim parts on one of our four 5-Axis CNC routers. All of our machines use the latest controllers and tables on our CNC’s can be used independently or in tandem, enabling parts as large as 5’ x 10’ to be accurately cut.
Complicated trims are no problem when CAD files are received and used in generating trim paths. Tight tolerances from part to part can be maintained over an entire production run and a higher throughput can be achieved versus other trimming methods.
Our 5-Axis CNC routers also allow us the ability to cut patterns from CAD files provided by our customers. We can take any CAD file that is emailed or sent to us on a disk and convert it into a usable pattern for thermoforming prototype parts or generating a trim path.
