Pressure Forming is a cost efficient alternative to injection molding, able to produce parts with different textures and very tight tolerances. Tooling costs are substantially lower compared to injection molding tooling and tooling lead-times are much shorter. Pressure Forming is the best process when using multiple part assemblies in a single unit and when aesthetics and cosmetic appearance are critical to a particular product.
