Joslyn Manufacturing has two main services.

Forming Operations and Secondary Services.

Forming Operations

Vacuum Forming1
Let us vacuum form your parts on one of our ten cut sheet thermoformers or three in-line thermoformers.  We can accommodate sheet sizes up to 72" x 120" and .5" think.  We can easily handle depth of draws exceeding 24" for some of those deeper applications.  Computer controls on all of our machines allow us to monitor production constantly for quality and cycle time improvements.  Vacuum Forming allows for lower tooling costs as well as greater flexibility in design and production.

2Pressure Forming
Pressure forming is a cost effective alternative to injection molded looking parts.  With pressure forming we are able to produce parts with different textures and very tight tolerances.  Our capabilities allow us to pressure form parts up to 72" x 120" in size with a 24" +/- depth of draw.  Our three available pressure formers combined with our CNC 5-Axis routers are able to produce tight tolerance parts to suit all of your needs.

Twinsheet Forming
We will soon be offering twinsheet forming capabilities. Please check back frequently for updates on when this service will be offered on a permanent basis.

Secondary Services

We, at Joslyn Mfg. Co., Inc., have more to offer than just plastic processing and manufacturing.  Below are a couple examples of other services that we offer to all of our customers.

 

Barcoding for Inventory and Shipment
If your delivered products require barcoding, we have the ability to print and apply barcode labels on all shipments to our customers.  We use barcoding daily to keep track of current inventory levels as well as YTD shipments.  Let us know how we can help plan for any barcoding needs you require.

Complete ICP and ERP Programs
We realize the need for our customers to have a consolidated supplier base.  With our current programs, we are currently able to offer this service to all of our customers.  We have the space to keep up inventory levels and provide our customers with JIT delivery for any of their products, with complete ICP (Inventory Consolidation & Procurement) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) inventory management programs.  We will continue to upgrade all of our processes as technology allows and look to offering new services for our customers.
