Vacuum Forming accommodates lower tooling costs as well as greater flexibility in design and production. Vacuum formed parts are a great replacement for sheet metal, fiberglass, wood covers, or other part enclosures.

Advantages of Vacuum Forming Include:

• Lower cost tooling compared to other plastic forming processes
• Smaller production runs are more economically feasible from a cost/quality standpoint versus other plastic forming processes
• Relatively low initial investment
• Ability to produce large parts that are lighter in weight with thinner walls
